So here at Berkshire dual control car hire we pride ourselves on being there when you need us. From the first initial contact to the car collection, any issues in between and then hand over at the end of the hire.

Run By Driving Instructors

As a company set up by a local Thames Valley based driving instructor the phone is not manned whilst teaching is taking place, (for obvious legal reasons). We check the answer phone every hour and a half or two hours, and will always get back to anyone that has left a message. If you’d like to hire one of our cars please just leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as it’s safe for us to do so.

We offer as much support as possible, including with some instructors hiring the cars, having support within their teaching as well.

Instructors have recommended us and our business has grown from strength to strength over the past three years. Some instructors have hired from us time and time again. Some for just two or three days, others for months at a time due to car parts not be available.

So why are we here? To help driving instructors out when their cars are off the road for whatever reason. Learners are in such a hard situation at present where the queues to get a driving test are longer than ever. The last thing they need is their instructors car not being fit or able to go to a driving test, so that’s where we pop up and help out.
